Terms of Use
Version of 3 September 2026 · SayIt
The service
SayIt is an AI conversation partner for language practice. Replies, corrections and scores are generated automatically and may contain mistakes; they are learning aids, not certified assessments.
Your account
You must provide a valid email and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity under your account. One person — one account.
Acceptable use
Do not use SayIt to harass, to generate unlawful content, to probe or overload the service, or to extract the models. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Content
You keep the rights to what you say and write. You grant SayIt a licence to process it to provide the service and to improve speech and language models in aggregated, non-identifying form.
Availability and changes
The service is provided as is. We may change features, pause the service for maintenance, or end it with reasonable notice. Paid features, if any, are governed by the store’s purchase terms.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, SayIt is not liable for indirect losses or for decisions made based on automatically generated feedback.
